Good afternoon parents! As you all know, we are currently having our mandatory organization fundraiser. You should have received 15 tickets for your child by your team moms to sale as part of your mandatory fundraiser responsibility. I will be sending out invoices today for the $150 fundraiser total to your account via email. The due date to turn in money is 9/18/23 and the drawing(s) will be held on 9/19/23. Please turn in money once all 15 tickets have been sold. As fundraiser sales are turned in, your account will be updated.
**If you haven’t received any tickets, please contact me immediately.

NOTE: Upon registration and the required deposit of $150, we had optional “black-out cards” parents could use. If you got the entire card covered and turned in the money, your fundraiser fee has been completed. If you did not participate and/or did not complete the black out card, you did not cover your fundraiser fee.
